  • When can I upgrade my plan?
    You can upgrade your plan at any time.

  • Can I upgrade only some users on my team?
    To upgrade plans, you’ll need to upgrade your entire team. If there is a unique use-case or features that make sense only for specific team members, please contact us.

  • What happens after the 30 day trial?
    New signups receive a 30-day free trial of HiThrive Recognize. After the trial ends, you'll need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using HiThrive.

  • Are points/rewards required?
    Absolutely not! While points and rewards can be a great addition to your recognition program, there is no requirement to incorporate them and no minimum balance or purchase. If you would prefer to use HiThrive without points and rewards, that is great too!

  • How am I billed when new members are added to the team?
    You decide who has access to HiThrive and the platform will capture your user count automatically. As team members are onboarded/offboarded, those user count changes are incorporated.
